Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to foster strong connections with customers.
∎ Support the creation and management of original content for online marketing activities, including copywriting, sourcing, and uploading images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
∎ Help manage the company's presence across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter).
∎ Attend customer phone calls, provide detailed product information, and work towards achieving sales.
∎ Assist in launching and optimizing online advertising campaigns via Google AdWords, Facebook, and other channels to increase company and brand awareness.
∎ Contribute creative ideas for content marketing and website updates, working closely with designers to enhance user experience.
∎ Learn to analyze the performance of digital marketing activities using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends), and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Process and maintain online orders, collaborating with delivery management systems to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
∎ Support multi-channel sales partners to increase online sales and communicate effectively with customers.
∎ Assist in preparing and providing quotations for corporate clients.
∎ Update and maintain website content in alignment with ongoing campaigns.
∎ Offer support to customers by addressing and resolving their issues.
∎ Collaborate with the accounts department to manage online order balances and ensure accurate record-keeping.
