Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check diet order for all admitted patients daily.
∎ Meet & assess all the newly admitted patients and diet every day.
∎ Update diet control sheet and HMS for newly admitted patients and provide diet accordingly.
∎ Educate and advise patients with diet-related disorders on the practical ways in which they can improve their health by adopting healthier eating habits.
∎ Advise hospital catering departments about the specific dietary requirements of patients.
∎ Discuss with Doctors or Nurses about patients. Find out the patients' nutrition needs and dietary limits.
∎ Educate patients and their families about nutrition, diet, and food selection.
∎ Evaluate how patients respond to their diets. Check that they are following their diets at home.
∎ Inspect meals prepared in kitchen. Check that meals are providing the correct nutrients. Also check the flavor and appearance of the food.
∎ Hire and train new workers. Supervise workers who plan, prepare, and serve meals.
∎ Make sure safety and cleanliness rules are being followed.
∎ Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety as per BSHL policy.
∎ To attendant all training related Food safety, Health Hygiene, Emergency Code, Infection Control and evacuation procedures.
∎ To be well groomed at service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ She needs to have strong communication and management skill with desire computer literacy. (Without any Computer Efficiency discourage to apply.)
∎ Job holder must have good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali & English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the related field ( Long time experience in Hospital will be preferable )
