Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the total operations of all on-going of high-rise/mega construction project works of the company.
∎ Ensure that suitable project management systems are in place to achieve the schedule milestone, budget and quality constraints.
∎ Ensure proper supervision and implementation of Project Implementation Schedule
∎ Monitor, supervise, analyze, lead and look after all civil & structural works such as substructure, super structure, formwork, reinforcement, concreting etc.
∎ Ensure the analysis of Sub-soil Reports, all other Design and Reports and Implementation Plans prepared by the consultants/vendors.
∎ Monitor the progress of all projects and keep the management informed of any critical issues.
∎ Manage business risk throughout all aspects of the company's activities.
∎ Ensure that all Estimation, BoQ, Comparative Statements etc. are prepared and checked properly.
∎ Conduct regular feedback with the other team members (Project Architects, Project Engineers-Electrical and Mechanical & Plumbing) and resolve any technical issues through discussion and RFI.
∎ Prepare an annual business plan and be responsible to meet the forecasted budget, cash flow and profit.
∎ Develop business relationships with strategic partners.
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy.
∎ Ensure effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
∎ Monitor periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Ensure that throughout all areas of the company's activities such as business development, planning engineering, construction legal, finance, etc. are well coordinated to ensure that the management system is in place to achieve company strategy and target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Should be conversant about National Building Code (BNBC) and other building by-law.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work with a tight deadline and deal with work procedure, and under pressure.
∎ Candidate should be Smart, Self-Motivated and Energetic.
∎ Sound Knowledge of detailing all types of R.C.C and steel structures.
