Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct Management and supervision of construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site.
∎ Direct or participate in surveying to layout, installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
∎ Very good degree of Experience in RCC piling and its alignment for building foundation and construction of basement.
∎ Experience in construction and supervision of complete building independently in accordance to the design and Drawings.
∎ Ability in reading the construction drawing and calculate the resource materials, preparation indent.
∎ Provide technical support regarding construction or program modifications
∎ Experience in implementing the finishing works of the building precisely in time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ At least 6 years' experience in similar role.
∎ Pro-active, smart, enthusiastic and career oriented.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
∎ Disciplined, Energetic, Good Negotiator, Honest, Team Player.
