Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Civil Engineering.
∎ Preferable from BUET, KUET, RUET, DUET.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Building Construction, Civil Construction works, Planning, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to:
∎ Responsible for the proper construction management of several projects to ensure quality & progress of the works as per schedule & specification.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Accountable for the operations top line and bottom line of the project.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.
∎ Ensure HSE of the Construction project.
∎ Computer skill: In AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop & other’s software related activities.
∎ Responsible for in time collection of drawing/ design from client/consultant.
∎ Capable of handling meeting & bring out positive out come from stack holder of the project.
∎ Hands on experience in Tendering process & cost analysis of standard schedule item and non-schedule item.
∎ Have experience in 3 Basements and Government projects.
∎ Capable to approve construction method statement.
∎ Coordination with Project Director (PD) and other Govt. & Non Govt. agencies.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by Management & Head of Department (HOD).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of drawing & design concepts.
∎ Minimum 2 years in the similar position and at least 10 years’ experience with reputed Construction companies.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Experience with computer drafting programs.
Salary: Negotiable
