Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge about International Trading Policies.
∎ Ensure sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from the right, reputed & reliable vendors.
∎ Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement policy & procedure.
∎ Searching potential suppliers and closely working with related departments and ensuring good quality product supply with the market's lowest price.
∎ Ensure Comparative Statements for all purchases, negotiate prices, Terms, and conditions with the supplier, and establish PO.
∎ Coordinate with stores, and team and follow up on material flow on time.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
∎ Build and develop relationships with key suppliers.
∎ Follow up and maintain all the steps and documents from procurement to payment.
∎ Analysis of the data, and prepare CS (Comparative Statement) accordingly to ensure timely product availability.
∎ Proper documentation is to be maintained always just in time.
∎ Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
∎ Execute, Coordinate, and Monitor L/C-related works with the commercial department.
∎ Monitor with proper L/C opening up to the standard of the organization and liaison with supplier, C & F.
∎ Responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Should have experience in import/export through L/C & T/T freight forwarding.
∎ Any other duties assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Leadership and Good Communication skills.
∎ Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Salary: Negotiable
