Healthcare Sector, Hospital, Medical College and Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involved in operational activities as a core member of hospital administration.
∎ Administer day-to-day activities and take appropriate necessary actions.
∎ Actively involved in strategic planning and budgeting of the hospital.
∎ Provide high quality, polite, caring and informed response to patients queries in person, by telephone or electronically and enable them to be directed to our most appropriate service in a safe, appropriate and clinically prioritized manner.
∎ Keep records of expenses and suggest ways to minimize costs
∎ Answer queries from doctors, nurses and patients
∎ Liaise with medical staff to identify efficiencies in the facility’s operations
∎ Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations
