∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development and implementation of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with great effort & Co-operation.
∎ Ensure legal & compliance issues, dismissal & compensation, disciplinary action, motivational factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling etc.
∎ Communication with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
∎ Prepare budget of the Factory
∎ Responsible for the recruitment both worker and staff of the factory
∎ Conduct yearly appraisal and take approval from Management
∎ Responsible for CAP (corrective action plans) and follow up as per schedule
∎ Should be responsible for every kind of Managerial & Office Operations
∎ Should maintain the disciplinary tasks as per company instructions
∎ Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secure
∎ Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of the workplace.
∎ Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all the activities & work procedures
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
∎ Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements in regular basis.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
∎ Must be a strong, convincing, knowledgeable leader.
∎ Must have the keen eye for hiring the right capable employee for the right job.
∎ Daily monitoring regarding production capacity output with Head of Production.
∎ As an important role one must be capable and flexible to work some long days, late nights, and weekends.
∎ Initiate any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Bangla Bazar, Rajendrapur, Gazipur.
∎ Applicants with Army or Similar Background preferred
∎ A multi-tasked with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Will prefer someone who has worked in a people intensive industry (factory level only, not head office or corporate level) and has 8-10 years of relevant experience.
∎ Knowledge on labor laws
