∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Strong AutoCAD knowledge and the ability to design implementation with it.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Site Engineer, Site Management, Project inventory management, and Supervision.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
∎ Highly skilled in quality construction with minimum cost and time.
∎ Strong AutoCAD knowledge and the ability to design implementation with it.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Site Engineer, Site Management, Project inventory management, and Supervision.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain strong honesty, Integrity, reliability and accountability to the organization.
∎ Make Working Plan.
∎ You will be responsible for the work of all Engineers.
∎ To prepare with proper knowledge an estimate of structural, finishing and sanitary, Plumbing tiles works etc.
∎ Must have experience of working on master roll.
∎ Work should be done by ensuring safety and security on the site.
∎ Maintain good communication with client, office, and different authority
∎ Collect, preserve & have a clear concept of all approved drawings, designs, specifications.
∎ Planning, coordinating, recommending, and implementing the construction designs and work progress.
∎ Formulating the construction & maintenance plan and determining the working priorities.
∎ Must have ability to control the site Engineers and handover project just time.
∎ Ensuring that the construction work is completed in time and that the set budget.
∎ Plan ahead to prevent problem & resolves any emergency risk.
∎ Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
∎ Determining work methods that result in improved efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
∎ Ensuring the quantity & quality of materials received and used.
∎ To place a report to the concerned authority from time to time.
