Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must be physically fit.
∎ The eligible candidate should have more than 12 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
∎ Proven experience in PWD/ PDB/ Roads & Highways with strong leadership capability will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, plan and implement business objectives and strategies.
∎ Set ambitious goals for business growth and success.
∎ Oversee daily operations and implement policies and procedures.
∎ Establish appropriate relationships and communication with suppliers and other key people to ensure all materials, supplies, tools, equipment and personnel are for completing project works in time.
∎ Enough experiences on E-Tending, Tender Preparations and Tender Bidding etc.
∎ Maintain close liaison with different Semi Government/ Government Organizations like Army, Navy, Air Force, Rajuk, PWD, PDB, Roads & Highways and Civil Aviation for project purpose.
∎ Report to the Director-Operation (RCL).
∎ Be located at Head Office of the Group but must undertake frequent visit both at Dhaka and outside of Dhaka.
