Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in civil engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experienced in Condominium Project / tall building (Residential & Commercial) construction with double basement.
∎ Supervising of all construction work at site and ensure expected quality.
∎ Ensuring work done at site as per drawing and within schedule time.
∎ Studying architectural drawings to find out any dissimilarity/Deviation for correction from respective departments.
∎ Collecting quotation and preparing comparative statement.
∎ Negotiating with contractors/vendors regarding rate of the work and materials.
∎ Ensuring the quality of materials at site.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc - at least 10 to 12 year(s).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Engineering Firms
∎ Candidate must be dynamic, hard working & proactive
Salary: Negotiable
