∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET or any reputed public university.
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): civil contruction, Civil Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise all construction project of Noman Group.
∎ To liaison with all primary stakeholders such as architect, designer, engineer, contractor, supplier, etc.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ To ensure standard of quality of works according to specification.
∎ To maintain records of work done by contractors.
∎ To filter and translate the Visionary's ideas into functional plans for the group.
∎ To develop comprehensive goals for performance and growth strategies.
∎ To plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the civil works.
∎ To certify bills submitted by civil contractors.
∎ To guide & supervise subordinates to achieve the goal.
∎ To perform any other task assign by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience in any 100% export oriented textile industry or any large conglomerates.
∎ The candidate must have very good knowledge on civil drawings & designs, Auto Cad, Construction Process and BNBC, etc.
∎ The candidate must have knowledge and experience on getting approval from various govt. institutions.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka.
