Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing and executing the budget for Construction Business quarterly & yearly.
∎ Manpower planning (foreman & labor) for the project (Construction Business) and on-boarding.
∎ Ensuring implementation of quality standards of EREL at the projects.
∎ Ensuring no violation of health & safety rules at the EREL projects.
∎ Ensuring proper cleanliness of the projects by arranging the materials before and after utilization.
∎ Analyzing the market trend of the business unit and generating new ideas for the expansion of the business within EREL & beyond EREL.
∎ Facilitating in performance assessment of the Construction Business team members.
∎ Facilitating in developing capability enhancement plan for the Construction Business team members.
∎ Ensure delivery of shuttering materials timely after getting requirements from construction operations.
∎ Ensuring quality of shuttering materials before delivery following company standards
∎ Ensure resizing the shuttering materials considering the work scope and operational requirement after getting approval of management.
∎ Ensure repairing & maintenance of the shuttering materials considering the utilization of the materials.
