Job Context:
∎ Destination Manager at Shakil Education Group
∎ As the Destination Manager at Shakil Education Group, your role is to oversee and manage aspects related to the organization`s educational programs and study abroad initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and coordination of programs that provide enriching educational experiences for students.
∎ Job location: Dhaka/Sylhet
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide detailed and accurate guidance to students throughout the study abroad process, including admission requirements, visa documentation, and other mandatory prerequisites.
∎ Manage the application process for study abroad programs, including candidate selection and review.
∎ Handle student admissions for international study destinations, addressing queries about studying abroad and offering comprehensive counseling on academic requirements, program options, and application procedures.
∎ Gain a thorough understanding of students' eligibility and recommend the most suitable country, course, university/college, program, and career plans.
∎ Handle all aspects of the admission process, including case filing with universities, regular communication with students, visa application assistance, and addressing student inquiries.
∎ Follow up with universities, students, and parents regarding admissions.
∎ Ensure accurate updating of student applications and timely completion of admissions and visa procedures.
∎ Provide guidance and support to students throughout the visa application process, including document preparation and appointment scheduling.
∎ Maintain precise records of student progress and program outcomes, regularly reporting to senior management.
∎ Develop and foster relationships with international partners and educational institutions to expand program offerings and enhance student experiences.
∎ Utilize in-house tools and CRMs for timely reporting and analytics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing study abroad programs.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent English writing and speaking abilities.
∎ Experience with student visa application processes for various countries such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
