Position: Graphics Designer
Eagle Music Ltd., one of Bangladesh's leading digital media and entertainment companies, is looking for a talented, creative, and passionate Graphics Designer to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital content design, particularly in creating engaging YouTube thumbnails, promotional artwork, and visual content for the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for dramas, music videos, short films, and other digital content.
Create posters, banners, cover arts, promotional materials, and social media creatives.
Develop compelling artwork through effective character selection, photo composition, color correction, and creative layouts.
Produce visual content optimized for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, OTT platforms, and other digital channels.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.
Perform image retouching, photo manipulation, and advanced graphic design tasks as required.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Proven experience in thumbnail design, digital artwork creation, and promotional graphic design.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Prior experience in the entertainment industry (Drama, Music, Film, or Digital Media) will be considered an advantage.
Work Schedule
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Holiday: Friday (01 Day)
