∎ Diploma or Graduate in RAC / Mechanical from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound Knowledge on VRF Air-conditioning System.
∎ Knowledge on HVAC Equipment's.
∎ Understand the HVAC Design & Drawing.
∎ Must be able to work in a target oriented environment. Communicate with client and fulfill their requirement. Suggest perfect solution according their requirement.
∎ Setup guideline for sales team to develop effective sales strategy.
∎ Able to initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sale opportunities.
∎ Meet the company's sales target with proper planning and executing.
∎ Correspondence with site about status of project.
∎ Provide regular report and feedback to senior management on sales performance.
∎ Organize team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: HVAC Design & Drawing, VRF Design & Drawing, BOQ preparation, Tender documents preparation
∎ Males or Females are allowed to apply
∎ Those ready to join immediately or with short notice will get preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Be sound in operating MS Project along with AUTO CAD Software.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency
Salary: Negotiable
