Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive the indent from the site engineers.
∎ Check the warehouse stock of the required items.
∎ Search suppliers for the rest items.Take the approval & Issue the work order or purchase order.Confirm the logistic of material receiving and provide the ETA of materials at site.
∎ Update the item list (cumulative) at site.
∎ Confirm the consumption of the product at site. Work with production department and purchase department to source the right Products.
∎ Negotiate price with suppliers.
∎ Control lead-time and delivery process.Plan &implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met.
∎ Confirming the product storage, handling & distribution by coordinating with store.
∎ Department and Engineering department.Maintain data sheet to track goods from supplier to site.
∎ Work on forecasts & inventories, keeping an accurate report of the process and Analyzing performance.
∎ Manage the costs involved while maintain quality and transport.
