∎ Autocad, Illustrator, MS Project, Design study, Detail orientation, Pattern understanding, Coordination
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interior Detail drawing and Landscape drawing preparation both for common area and Individual Apartment (if required) using Revit, Sketchup & other 3D architectural tool.
∎ Support Project Architect and produce detail drawing for all residential and commercial projects using Revit, CAD, Sketchup or other architectural tools.
∎ Prepare & Check All Authority approval drawings such as RAJUK, SPP, FFT, DMP, DTCA etc.
∎ Prepare Area calculation.
∎ Prepare presentation drawings & Finishing material drawings, As-built drawings, Occupancy certificate drawing etc.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
