Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & monitor overall distribution-related activities of assigned portfolio.
∎ Plan for smooth distribution operation to ensure minimum distribution cost.
∎ Ensure proper delivery as per requirement.
∎ Manage the scheduling, routing, and control of all delivery activities.
∎ Maintain company own vehicle & manage transport.
∎ Prepare report as asked by supervisor.
∎ Responsible for truck leasing, maintenance, and safety as well as related record-keeping functions.
∎ Manage the control, condition and security of inventory including its proper storage, handling, disposal, transferring, and cleaning and repairing.
∎ Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of depot activities with activities of other functions.
∎ Prepare accurate documents and reports as required.
∎ Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.
