Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ BSc in Civil Engineering from reputed institution with experience in estimation (Design Cell) .
∎ Skills Required: Auto Cad

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD Designing, Civil Engineering, Construction Building, MS Project, Structural Designing, Technical Drawing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect different projects structural and architectural drawing soft copy from design section.
∎ Prepare quantity estimate all project as per approved drawing.
∎ Coordination with site for revision drawing.
∎ Prepare estimate and costing properly for Project Budget.
∎ Prepare Rate Analysis as per current market Rate.
∎ Check and verify the admission/Omission file from Engineering Service Department/Construction Site.
∎ Collect and update the materials and Labor prices.
∎ Checking / Updating the revised budget time to time.
∎ Coordinate with the Electrical & Mechanical section for their pricing.
∎ Any other works assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have 5 years of experience in construction & Real Estate Sector as Estimator.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill is must.
∎ Computer literacy is must (Excel, Power Point & Auto- CAD)

Salary: Negotiable
