Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from reputed Public/Private University.
∎ PGD in SCM will be get preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, Construction engineering, Project Engineer, Real Estate project Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering audit, Mechanical Engineering, Real Estate Audit, Real Estate Engineering, Safety Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Safety Engineer will ensure the application of the slogan "Safety First" at Project.
∎ Conduct with daily TBM and ensure for presence all staff & worker in time.
∎ Conduct with weekly coordination meeting & safety meeting with Management.
∎ To prepare all type equipment's safety related documents and collect approval from concern authority.
∎ Safety Engineer will prepare/update a plan/guideline/policy/safety manual for all Construction Sites.
∎ Safety Engineer will also prepare a monitoring guideline for ensuring safety at site.
∎ Safety Engineer will arrange training session on safety at works to make employees familiar with the safety procedure and importance of safety at work.
∎ Safety Engineer will guide all the Safety Supervisor/Attendance to make them more efficient in safety monitoring.
∎ Safety Engineer will be liable for ensuring overall safety condition of Site like Safety Canopy, Surrounding Safety Scaffolding, Safety Net & others safety measures at all Sites.
∎ Along with the Site Safety, he will also be liable for the safety of Employees/Workers/Labors at site like wearing PPE, following safety manual & procedure at work etc.
∎ Perform other duties under supervision of CE, ACE & PM of the Projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Engineering Audit and Report Writing.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc.
∎ Must be good in Communication, Presentation & Reporting.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
