Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 16 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision of execution & related activities for interior projects.
∎ Quality Control as per specification, design & standard.
∎ Ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials to the respective sites.
∎ Ensure timely handover of each and every project.
∎ Vendors/ sub-contractors selection, negotiation and work order with the concern of procurement team / management.
∎ Endorsement of indents, quotations, bills, petty and other execution related papers.
∎ Attending the technical meeting with client.
∎ Weekly / monthly execution related reporting.
∎ Daily site visit & providing logistic support.
∎ Cross checking of bills and challan as per terms and conditions.
∎ Managing labour & sub-contractors.
∎ Monitoring factory activities as well as production of factory.
∎ Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management will have the equal value and should be considered as a substantial responsibility.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill is must.
∎ Computer literacy is must (Excel, Power Point & Auto- CAD)

Salary: Negotiable
