Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BOQ, Budgeting, Building Construction, Civil Construction, Estimating, Finishing, Government project, Project Management, Quality Control Assurance, Supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Physical checking of MB book and controlling of quantities.
∎ Cost consulting and cost estimate.
∎ Analyzing of complete work and arranging payment to contractor or vendors.
∎ Maintain software for all types of bills.
∎ Analysis and evaluation of construction.
∎ Monitoring and controlling of CEQST (Central Engineering Quality Survey Team) members.
∎ Conducting meeting with team member.
∎ Scheduling and programming.
∎ Segregating of daily work.
∎ Confirming of all type of bill and vouchers.
∎ Prepare and sending of daily site visit or bill checking program to audit team.
∎ Daily site visit (when it is need)
∎ Confirming all types of bill (sub-contractor, suppliers and vendor), investigation, labor approval, revolving, additional budgeting etc.
∎ Checking ERP and others software entry.
∎ Coordination to all department (i.e. Accounts, Audit, MIS, Architect & Interior, Construction etc.) and all site personnel.
∎ Preparation of payment Certificate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing , E-mail, etc.
∎ Well trained and good Official Correspondence in writing.
∎ Experience in Reputed Construction/Real Estate Firm/Company.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
