∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Public/Private University with having good academic result.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, BOQ, Civil Engineering, Estimating, Formwork, Method Validation, Planning
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, BOQ, Civil Enginnering, Construction Estimating, Designing, Drawing, Formwork, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Method Statement & Construction work in every segment
∎ Assist the Project manager with every detail of project improvement.
∎ Attending Daily and monthly meeting with main contractor, work scheduling etc.
∎ Project planning and prepare work schedule as per manpower & shutter movement plan.
∎ Maintains project data base by entering data on computer programs.
∎ Controlling the quantity & quality of works executed at site as per drawing & specifications.
∎ Estimation of reinforcements (BBS) and embedded items for project.
∎ Estimation of materials and checking material requisition and follow up with related department.
∎ Track any changes to the design or actual work and adjust budget projections
∎ Rate analysis of non-tendering items.
∎ Submit daily work program to main Contractor.
∎ Prepare Master work program, Monthly work program as per demand Main Contractor.
∎ Prepare Sag Ration Plan scheduling as per requirement of Main Contractor.
∎ Prepare action plan in every segment of Construction works.
∎ Document Control, Materials approval record, Correspondence etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill is must.
∎ Experience in Real Estate Sector will give more preference.
Salary: Negotiable
