∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analysis, AutoCAD, BOQ, cost estimation or BOQ, Plumbing BOQ
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Context:
∎ Responsible for collecting approved Design & Drawing from Design cell and coordination with Architect, Structural Engineer, Plumbing Engineer for preparing Master Budget.
∎ To ensure budgetary control and efficiency of Civil/Plumbing part.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Design/Drawings for construction projects from Design section.
∎ Review the design & give feedback on Civil/Plumbing Design. Drawing & Specifications.
∎ Estimate the costs of Civil/Plumbing items, labor and equipment of a project using contract bids, quotations, drawings and Specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Proper knowledge of present market rate of all Civil/Plumbing goods as well as labor rate of all type Civil/Plumbing works.
∎ Sound knowledge of all type Civil/Plumbing work in Real Estate sector.
∎ Knowledge of ERP/online process in Budgetary control will be more preferences.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill is must.
∎ Computer literacy is must (Excel, Power Point & Auto-CAD)
