∎ 6 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with Zonal In-charge/Project In-charge (Collect Progress report, Work program, Budget, Monthly Material statement, Problems & Requirements of Projects etc.)
∎ Sometimes site visit & Report to Chief Engineer (Real Estate)
∎ Organize Coordination meeting with various department under Concord Group and supporting units of Construction Division.
∎ Prepare the Minutes of Meeting, monitoring, updates information’s and acknowledged to Chief Engineer (Real Estate) in time for his directives.
∎ Coordinate with ESD (Engineering Service Department), Design Division, Central Quality Control Team (CQCT) & Central Engineering Quantity Survey Team (CEQST) for Flat modification file processing, sample approval, quality assurance.
∎ Coordinate with project in charges, ECB cell, BOQ division and SCM individuals for processing the MRF in time and supply of materials to the project smoothly.
∎ Coordinate with the design cell such as architects, structural designers, plumbing engineers, electrical and electro-mechanical engineers and consultants to get the combined working drawing for project.
∎ Coordinate with the project in charges, account division and vendors for ensuring bill preparation and payments to the supplier and vendors so that works does not hamper due to payment issues.
∎ Any task assigned by Chief Engineer (Real Estate).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong Communication Skill.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
