∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD Drafting, BOQ, Civil Enginnering, Construction Estimating, Designing, Plumbing BOQ

Job Context:
∎ Deputy Resident Engineer - Civil (BOQ & Estimation) is responsible for collecting approved Design & Drawing from Design cell and coordination with Architect, Structural Engineer for preparing Master Budget.
∎ Prepare ERP file as approved Budget for online process.
∎ In Addition, it his responsibility to ensure budgetary control and efficiency of Civil part

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Design/Drawings for construction projects from Design section.
∎ Review the design & give feedback on Design. Drawing & Specifications.
∎ Estimate the costs of Civil items, labor and equipment of a project using contract bids, Quotations, drawings and Specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Coordinate with site personnel to cross check the BOQ/Estimation.
∎ Proper knowledge of present market rate of all Civil items as well as labor rate of all type Civil works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required Building Materials, Civil Construction, Construction Equipment, Construction Estimating, Estimate, Cost and budget, Drawings.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill is must.
∎ Experience in Real Estate Sector will give more preference.
∎ Sound knowledge of ERP/online process.
