Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The job involves overseeing the Real Estate projects of Concord, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards, and conducting quality control checks. The role includes monitoring project schedules, addressing issues at job site meetings, and performing risk management to minimize project-related risks.Preparation of the Projects Schedule highlighting rebar work. To review the rebar work plans & specifications and comments. Scheduling, possible cost savings measures of rebar work. Directly involved in Reinforcement Detailing, Check and Approve Schedules & Drawings issued by main Contractor. Organizing, coordinating, and Collecting reinforcement rebar from main Contractor, Detailing and Scheduling for foundation & frame structure Reinforcements for Construction works. • Managing the Rebar Section. Detailing of Reinforcement as per prescribed BBS format provide by main Contractor. Organizing, co-coordinating, and ordering reinforcement bar for the entire project. Detailing and scheduling of Foundation Frame Structure reinforcements for the project. Call in re-bar for the project, manage deliveries, and distribute to Subcontractor. Check and issue up-to-date documents, schedules & drawings. Checking and supervising fixing of rebar as per approved bar bending Schedule. Keep records of all issues of rebar drawings & Bar Bending Schedules in preparation for rebar orders. Prepare monthly reconciliation report on materials ordered & received and submit to company projects accounting, before submission of bill to Main Contractor. Perform other duties under supervision of CE, ACE & PM of the Projects.
