Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Pre-Construction:
∎ Specification Preparation
∎ Job Pre-Launching:
∎ Preparation of Project Specification for Marketing/sales team
∎ Design review and providing feedback
∎ Job During-Construction:
∎ Design review and providing feedback considering Project cost.
∎ Prepare of Project Specification for Sold, unsold, landowner unit.
∎ Prepare of Project Specification for common area
∎ Different Comparative statement Preparation
∎ Prepare Project Status report based on project IWBS
∎ Administrative and Coordination Job:
∎ Initiate knowledge sharing, activities on proactive basis within the relevant departments for smooth plans and operations of the projects.
∎ Update Priority Task List.
∎ Develop competence within the team mates for utmost utilization of human resources within the team.
∎ Any other work order by ED (P&C)/CEO or others.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in using AutoCAD
∎ Presentation Skills using PowerPoint
∎ Work Experience -
∎ 7 - 10 years' experience in dealing with finishing materials and specifications
∎ Familiarity with different façade systems
