Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Bridge Design, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Engineering Firm, Infrastructure, Project Management, Roads and Highways
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Technical Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure execution of the construction works as per schedule.
∎ To Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
∎ To ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality & quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for the month.
∎ To ensure that all the logistic support i.e. materials including drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at the site.
∎ To prepare construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.
∎ To Check bill of the contractors & ensure payment accordingly.
∎ To ensure safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ To maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ To make liaison with Consultant team & RHD team.
∎ To prepare of Site Survey report.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work in extended hours and work on holidays
∎ Work experience in JICA aided project will be preference.
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.

Salary: Negotiable
