Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with 08 years work experience / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 12 years experience.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, Construction engineering, Construction Estimating, Effective Communication Skill, ERP Implementation, Good Computer Knowledge
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Context:

∎ Minimum 08 years work experience for Graduate Engineer & 12 years for Diploma Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction Management & Supervision which includes Monitoring Construction, Report Preparation on Man Hour and Material, Communication with relevant vendors etc.
∎ Responsible for timely completion of the civil construction project as per plan.
∎ Preparation of work procedures & BOQ of buildings construction works.
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification.
∎ Must be Familiar with BNBC, FAR & other related rules & regulations of Rajuk or any other authorities.
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining quality control and appropriate/standard procedures.
∎ To prepare a project estimate and cost analysis based on working design/drawing.
∎ Designing, Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Project Management, Service/support, Survey.
∎ Supervise site staff and coordinate between management and Site personnel.
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product & authentication/certification of bills.
∎ Checking & signing of all types bills like petty cash, Conveyance, Labor Bills, etc.
∎ Checking, control & authorize of MPR and time-to-time compared with B.O.Q. of the project (if available).
∎ Checking & approval of MRR and submit to DID department.
∎ Checking & supervise the dismantling/additional works.
∎ Any design & drawing related decisions with prior approval of Head of Zone.
∎ Liaison/Co-ordination with Head of Zone for decisions and other problems.
∎ Any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 years work experience for Graduate Engineer / 12 years for Diploma Engineer.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
