Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BSc. Engr.) in Civil Engineering.
∎ Preferable retired Superintending Engineer/Chief Engineer from PWD, Roads & Highways.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Business Operation, Business Planning and Budgeting, Business Strategy, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to set business target and design plan to achieve the business goal.
∎ Should have the mindset to take ownership & spirit to run the company.
∎ Responsible for overall operations of the company.
∎ Ensure that the business is operated to the highest standards in the line with the mission statement.
∎ Ability to study Construction business and forecast the trends and developments.
∎ Maintain strong inter-company relationship.
∎ The post is result oriented, challenging and meant for the profit of the Company as per ABP.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential and new opportunities.
∎ Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.
∎ Develop & execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the organization.
∎ Prepare & implement comprehensive business plan to facilitate achievement by planning, cost effective operation & Construction activities.
∎ Ensure and oversee company's financial performances, investments & other business ventures.
∎ Defining, implementing & revising operational policies & guidelines for the organization.
∎ Maintaining positive & trust base relations with business partners.
∎ Building & enhancing the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements.
∎ Manage resources, including the attracting, hiring & retention of personnel.
∎ Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities and conduct performance appraisal.
∎ Responsible for the proper construction management of the project to ensure quality & progress of the works as per schedule & specification
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Liaison & coordination with Consultant & concern Department.
∎ Regular Site Supervision.
∎ Accountable for the operations top line and bottom line of the project.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.
