Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Briefing and Development:
∎ Prepare project concepts and briefings for architectural consultants
∎ Assist in procuring projects with development and growth control knowledge
∎ Provide architectural insight for project briefings to the sales team
∎ Design, Development, and Modification:
∎ Collect architectural conceptual designs and provide feedback for modifications
∎ Review and finalize authority drawings for approval
∎ Coordinate architectural design with structural and MEP systems
∎ Coordination:
∎ Visit under-construction projects regularly
∎ Prepare presentations and marketing materials
∎ Coordinate with consultants and other departments as needed
∎ Other Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct site visits to ensure timely progress and budget adherence
∎ Resolve construction issues
∎ Specify required materials
Additional Requirements:
∎ good knowledge in interior design and detailing, landscape and lighting
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of 3d max, Sketch up, Photoshop, Corel draw
