Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement routine departmental activities
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, and participate in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
∎ Coordinate and support the preparation of documentation for regulatory submissions, including Quality Control-related sections.
∎ Collaborate with Research and Development (R&D) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to establish appropriate specifications and testing protocols
∎ Ensure the team members perform duties in line with established quality procedures everywhere of the laboratory
∎ Lead analytical method validation, cleaning validation, real time stability study activities.
∎ Ensure analyst validation, qualifications of instruments as per schedule
∎ Ensure GLP in QC lab activities
∎ Ensure standards for health and safety during work operations through minimizing hazards
∎ Maintain documents as per audits and ensure CAPA taken inside QC laboratory.
∎ Investigation of OOS and any incidents or deviations during analysis
∎ In depth-Knowledge on operation, troubleshooting of sophisticated QC instruments like HPLC, GC and ICP-OES
∎ Check the trend analysis of raw materials
∎ Specification settings and impurity evaluation of raw material and finished products
∎ Participation in vendor approval Activity.
∎ Participation in internal and external audit
∎ Perform quality risk management for laboratory issues.
∎ Continuously assess and identify areas for improvement within the quality control processes and systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Should have experience of working in a company having accreditations by the Global Regulatory Bodies such as USFDA, EU, UKMHRA, TGA, Health Canada etc.
∎ Knowledge on relevant GMP guidelines like ICH, WHO, MHRA & USFDA
∎ Knowledge on GLP, Analytical Method Development & Validation, Calibration and Qualification
