Chemical Industries, Chlor Alkali Plant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up Plant layout , GA drawing , Piping and Instrumentation Diagram. Check and review of related different documents.
∎ Erection, Pre – Commissioning and Commissioning work of all types of Instruments of a Large Chlor – Alkali Plant and related Chemical Project as like :
∎ All tyes of Transmitters , Valves , DCS and PLC system, Switches , Different Gauges , Controllers , Burner etc.
∎ Implement of the erection work as per drawing. Special care about DCS and Cell monitoring system related Instruments.
∎ Receive and checking the Equipment’s and materials. Prepare BOQ for related items . Coordination with others Departments for Erection and commissioning related matters
∎ Prepare daily work progress report. After commissioning of the plant, take the responsibilities of Instrument related all types of jobs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Well experience in Field Instruments and DCS system.
