Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare project concept and briefing for the consultant architectural firm
∎ Assist Business Development in procuring projects with necessary development/growth control knowledge and experience i.e. FAR, Program etc.
∎ Prepare project briefing for sales with necessary architectural insight
∎ Follow up and develop Architectural conceptual design from the consultants by review and feedback
∎ Check and finalize authority approval drawings to submit coordination logistics dept.
∎ Review and modification of working drawing & specification for proper construction
∎ Coordinate architectural design with structural and MEP design and EME department
∎ Prepare material specification and selection of finish materials for common area
∎ Review ID, Landscape and lighting design for common area
∎ Coordinate HOP by meeting and necessary site visits to resolve issues
