Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - Electrical (Technical Division) in Concord Pre-Stressed Concrete & Block Plant Ltd. (CPCL) of Concord Group of Companies.
∎ Job Location : Meghna Ghat, Munshigonj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and supervising the day-to-day corrective, planned preventive and predictive maintenance of plant machinery for achieving zero breakdown.
∎ In addition, he will ensure optimum level of inventories of spares parts with right qualities.
∎ Minimize machine breakdown to optimize resources and process minimize cost and quality maintenance.
∎ Ensure power accountable for achieving the best in class standard and proper utilization of departmental assist, planning and monitoring of the daily activities of the electrical & utility department.
∎ Ensure engineering department work planning, utilization & monitoring to achieve goal.
∎ Ensure corrective, planned preventive and predictive maintenance of plant machinery for achieving zero breakdown.
∎ Maintain optimum level of inventories of spares parts with right qualities.
∎ Minimize machine breakdown to optimize resources and process minimize cost and quality maintenance.
∎ Ensure preventive schedule maintenance planning to avoid unexpected problem of any machine.
∎ Making awareness and ensuring safety environment for personnel, machineries and materials.
∎ Ensure power management for smooth production to achieve the target production.
∎ Ensure cost reduce as per gross margin of spare parts as minimum level by taking corrective & preventive action plan.
∎ Ensure the proper utilization of spare parts and consumable items so that spare parts & consumable items will come tolerate percentage.
∎ Assigned job responsibilities to the officers, staffs & workers of the electrical & utility department and follow up their activities to utilize their labor in proper place.
∎ Communicate with SCM for spare parts to get in proper time.
∎ Communicate with machine supplier/provider for smooth operation of machine in factory.
∎ Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and make recommendation.
∎ Prepare preventive maintenance schedule of all electrical equipment of plant.
∎ Assess maintenance needs of all electrical equipment.
∎ Monitor performance against targets set for electrical maintenance metrics.
∎ Coordinates with the production sub-vertical to plan for shut-down for maintenance as required.
∎ Coordinate with support functions for any other electrical maintenance required in the plant.
∎ Meets electrical engineering financial objectives by forecasting electrical engineering requirements: preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Coordinate with local govt. bodies for license & regularity issues.
∎ Strictly follow standard operating procedure (SOP) for entire operations & work.
∎ Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong in Communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Organizational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage time
∎ Must be smart, dynamic, innovative and capable to work under pressure.
∎ Handy in MS Office application, specially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point;
