Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably a BBA) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead e-commerce warehouse team to ensure effective inventory management, receiving, and picking operations for order fulfillment
∎ Ensure daily picking targets and track hourly progress
∎ Implement inventory ABC classification for optimizing picking time
∎ Manage optimum inventory levels through inter-transfer of stock between Aarong warehouses.
∎ Oversee warehouse receiving and ensure standard operating procedures for storing
∎ Manage annual and perpetual inventory auditing operations
∎ Recruit, train, and manage seasonal warehouse staff
∎ Develop weekly staff shift planning for warehouse operations
∎ Ensure 5S mechanism for effective warehouse operations
∎ Undertake continuous initiatives to develop new processes and procedures to make warehouse operations more efficient
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 years of relevant experience
∎ Knowledge in warehouse operations
∎ Concept of international order fulfillment
∎ Should have understanding of supply chain management
∎ Should have strong analytical ability
∎ Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills
