∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain liaison with DESA, DESCO, WASA, TITAS to ensure installation of utility connections for all projects.
∎ Monitor smooth operation of utilities services within the budget and stipulated time frame.
∎ To collect yearly utility NOC (Water, Electric and Gas) from concern organizations for all projects.
∎ Renew yearly trade license of organization.
∎ Maintain liaison with different government and local authorities to resolve different issues related to project such as road cutting, material stacking beside road etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with licensing board for substation inspection for High Tension (HT) Connection and ensure HT/LT meter approval for all projects.
∎ To maintain liaison with Lift, Generator and Substation suppliers company for different maintenance issue.
∎ To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Salary: Negotiable
