Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from RUET, KUET, CUET, DUET or any other Reputed Govt. Approved Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for well experience, Target Oriented, Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person as a ``Deputy Manager (Technical)`` who has the relevant experience or ability to manage high quality residential and commercial building construction.
∎ Job Location: Banasree, Aftabnagar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Supervise and monitor all ongoing project construction works on continuous basis and report to higher authority about progress of works.
∎ Understanding thoroughly the approved drawing & design of a project and giving instruction to the contractor according the same and checking the works are running as per approved drawing & design.
∎ Prepare the estimate before construction of a building and construct the same according to the approved Drawing & design.
∎ Prepare effective work plan, executing & close monitoring of project activities as per work plan.
∎ Prepare materials requirement and monitoring delivery, stock and consumption status.
∎ Train up the project team on quality control, cost control, progress monitoring & practicing well management to create satisfactory job environment.
∎ Taking initiative to test all the construction materials and concretes as per instructions of design & Preserve the documents and also ensure the quality & workmanship of contractor.
∎ To arrange & attend meeting with stakeholders, contractors & site personnel to identify the issue to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respect.
∎ Prepare project related all running and final bills of Contractors.
∎ Evaluate project staffs and Contractors from time to time and inform top management about their performance.
∎ Prepare and maintain project documentation & file management.
∎ Should have ability to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 7 to 10 Years' experience in Real Estate sector.
∎ The applicants should have vast experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate or Residential and commercial Building Construction/Double Basement will be preferred.
∎ Proficiency in Computer & Computer aided Auto CAD Drawing & design.
