∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall warehouse with capability to handle 5 storied warehouses.
∎ Maintain inventory records and also required thorough knowledge and experiences in Inventory management software ITMS
∎ Lead and guide staff & workers to maintain the store properly (Item wise/ color wise/ lot wise etc.)
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like imports materials, storage familywise, and timely issue to the production as per requirement.
∎ Develop and maintain (customize) the ITMS for materials delivery to the production floor as per production plan.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO and smooth operation for stock received from suppliers, delivery to customers and returned items maintaining BEPZA & Customs formalities.
∎ Ensure inbound and outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Make sure inventory control, proper deliveries and implement BIN card and its movements on time.
∎ Make sure to correspondence with C&F against imports through the commercial team.
∎ To keep store as per compliance standards (5S/ SEDEX/ SMETA)
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that stock is stored correctly and safely and organize warehouse space efficiently.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Monitor and maintain store fixed asset registers as well as update the system.
∎ Executing all the Day-to-Day Store functions as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/vested task in the best possible way.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly prescribed stock reports to the management.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store systems & related software.
∎ Overseeing & maintaining accurate receipt and issue records of all materials, inventory taking, and timely quality checking as per procedure.
∎ Any other job may be assigned by the management from time to time.
