Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical) with MBA. Having PGD in Supply Chain Management or any relevant professional degree will get advantage.

∎ 6 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Machinery, raw materials, spare parts Inventory & Supply Chain Management, sourcing & procurement.
∎ Preparing Monthly Production Plan for production & budget required for procurement.
∎ Sourcing of potential suppliers on regular basis, Evaluating Suppliers’ qualification & proposals through comparative study and preparation of Purchase Orders.
∎ Collecting quality report from factory on various raw materials, spares & machinery performance and communicating with suppliers for any quality deviation.
∎ Expediting all critically required materials by contacting the supplier, commercial department and other related persons.
∎ Coordination with Sales team, Production team & Suppliers.
∎ Coordination with production & store for routine material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials.
∎ Follow up with open LC/Purchase Orders issued and accelerate until each Purchase Order is closed in consultation with Factory, Commercial department and other related persons.
∎ Follow-up with suppliers on invoice disputes, short or excess supply, damaged or returned materials.
∎ Controlling the documents and ensuring all documentations as per ISO standard.
∎ Data collection and verification on machinery and equipments’ output performance.
∎ Verification of sales contracts and taking actions on disputes in consultation with Management.
∎ Supervise and lead the purchase and procurement team.
∎ Maintain and development of the departmental policy and SOP. Take corrective action for any deviation.
∎ Analysis and take corrective measure for the inventory items (Safety stock monitoring, maintain re-order level, calculate AMC and EOQ, product categorization and ABC analysis etc.)
∎ Co-ordinate with factory and third parties (certification authorities) for product quality certification issues.
∎ Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
∎ Any other works assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good working knowledge in MS Office programs, Auto CAD is preferred.

∎ Must have excellent communication skill in both English & Bengal.
∎ Conversant with ERP/ Oracle EBS software (in relevant module).
∎ Reporting and Analytical Capabilities.
∎ Must be a good strategic planner and implementer.
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
∎ Professional attitude towards job responsibility.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
