Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Project Management, Renewable Energy., Solar energy, solar power, Solar Power Plant, Solar system
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power, Technical Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design & simulate project to check feasibility and plan the budget.
∎ Expansion and promotion of Bengal Solar markets through implementation of marketing strategies, setting up appropriate targets, sales management, new business development, product promotion, product development and customer relationship.
∎ Ensuring an effective distribution channel management and customer service.
∎ Ensuring an effective and waste-free inventory management system.
∎ Coordinate different vendors and suppliers. Ensuring and controlling quality of products.
∎ Liaison with different Government & Non-Government Offices.
∎ Motivating workforce/employees, and retaining and empowering of employees in an effective way.
∎ Increasing revenue by increased sales through successful marketing of Bengal Solar products.
∎ Controlling costs at all levels.
∎ Effective enforcement of rules/controls and conduction of appropriate due diligence.
∎ Effective reporting to management for achieve consistent results in line with organization's objectives and management strategies.
∎ Driving innovative and change management initiatives.
∎ Ensuring optimal resource utilization and supply chain streamlining by effective planning and coordination between processes such as product sourcing, logistics and inventory management, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Computer and English language is a must
∎ Should be strong and self-motivated
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities
∎ Need to work under stress & in complex situation
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Ability to work independently
