Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/EEE/CE from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate having exposure in Business development of construction equipment in countrywide construction project, Bridge and Infrastructure Development
∎ The candidate must have the product knowledge of various kinds of construction equipments such as Excavator, Wheel Loader, Backhoe Loader, Crane, Fork Lift & concrete machines etc.
∎ To play leading role to execute the company's annual sales for construction equipments & Achieve reasonably given sales target.
∎ Visit to most of the infrastructure projects across the country for business development.
∎ Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on market information, market characteristics etc
∎ Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
∎ Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
∎ Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports.
∎ Ensure receiving of L/C and timely payment collection from respective party.
∎ Responsible for pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, and market research and brand strategy.
∎ Prepare Product Sourcing, Planning, Estimation, Cost Analysis, and BOQ & Commercial Offer for Products or services.
∎ Having excellent knowledge on XL, MS Office, MS Project, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator CS etc.
∎ Having excellent Leadership & Negotiation skill, work measurement, bill checking & valuation with customers & vendors for payment.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years (Experience in Trading business of construction equipment is highly preferred)
∎ May have to travel widely across the country.
∎ At least 3to 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing on the trading business of Heavy earth moving machines such as Excavator, Wheel Loader, Backhoe Loader, Crane, Fork Lift & concrete machines etc.

Salary: Negotiable
