∎ Skills Required: EHS, FTIR, GLP, HPLC, Pharmaceutical Quality Control, Quality control, Quality Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee all types of Quality Control activities and report to General Manager (Quality Control)
∎ Capable to run all QC high-tech Instruments especially UV Spectrophotometer, HPLC, TOC, AAS, GC & FTIR independently.
∎ To be responsible to organize & ensure the routine sampling and analysis/testing of RM / PM, Intermediate or bulk / Finished Products/ Water according to the approved written procedures i.e. specific STPs.
∎ To be responsible to ensure that the cGMP & GLP at every step of Manufacturing & QC activities.
∎ To be responsible to prepare & monitor all the activities of Quality Control Department to ensure that specifications, STPs, SOPs, GLP, EHS regulations.
∎ To be responsible to prepare analytical method validation & cleaning validation protocols and reports.
∎ To ensure proper and timely management of Out of Specification deviation investigation and conduct OOS and deviation related deviation investigation with proper root cause identification.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Pharmaceuticals
∎ Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent knowledge of GMPs, GLPs, GDP, ICH, CFR, DGDA Audit requirements, latest regulatory trends and global regulation as appropriate.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Highly self-motivated, dependable team player and capable of thinking and acting independently.
