Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and Preparing Comparative Statement (CS)
∎ Market survey & negotiation of price of items
∎ Preparing requisition & work order
∎ Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing and take necessary approval from authority
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery
∎ Reviewing quality of purchased products
∎ Prepare report on purchases, including cost analysis
∎ Maintain complete updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
∎ Coordinate with store staff to ensure proper storage
