Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute electric arc and acetylene welding on construction materials, including shutter, props, machine parts, metal structures, fixtures and fittings
∎ Oversee production, monitor job progress and ensure achievement of target with optimum costing
∎ Ensure optimum capabilities of product by designing feasibilities and testing methods
∎ Coordinate maintenance and repair service of the machineries and welding equipment
∎ Manage material purchase order for shutter and adjustable scaffolding steel props, spare parts and welding materials
∎ Conduct failure analysis and cause analysis on welding issues
∎ Establish and ensure all safety procedure and precautions for the workers and equipment
∎ Prepare necessary production reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and share with relevant stakeholders
