Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain software for accessory delivery and service management, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
∎ Implement and manage systems to enhance market service efficiency, directly contributing to sales growth.
∎ Create and enforce policies to minimize product damage during transit, storage, and handling.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis of damages to identify and classify issues arising from manufacturing, transit, or handling, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Monitor market returns and ensure they remain below the set threshold by taking appropriate actions for replacements or repairs when necessary.
∎ Manage accessory demand efficiently to avoid shortages or overstock and ensure proper handling practices at depots, dealers, and retail points.
∎ Observe and improve loading and unloading practices to reduce transit-related damages.
∎ Conduct regular competitor product analysis and provide suggestions for improving company products.
∎ Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports on non-moving and slow-moving inventory, providing insights and corrective measures.
∎ Organize and conduct regular training sessions for service teams, depot loaders, and retailer loaders, focusing on reducing product damages and enhancing operational efficiency.
∎ Gather customer feedback systematically, analyze improvement areas, and implement measures to enhance service quality.
