∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Pharmaceutical Procurement and Supply Chain Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for purchase and procurement from local & foreign sources with best quality materials at competitive price according to the company's policies & requirements.
∎ Liaison with all type of product suppliers/ vendors/Company.
∎ Facilitate sourcing and on-boarding of supplier.
∎ Identify new product prospects through data-driven analysis on the market.
∎ To check requisition daily and buy the products as per requisition.
∎ To ensure the specification, quality and quantity of the products according to a material requisition.
∎ To ensure on-time delivery of all material as per requisition.
∎ To assist in preparation & verification of purchase deed work orders.
∎ To maintain a supply chain network and strategic relationships with key suppliers, ensure suppliers are accredited on to the Supplier database, and are aligned with the companies Ethics Code of Conduct.
∎ To keep up to date stock entry & stock out, product reference update & preparing purchase policy.
∎ To assist in arranging Credit Purchase and manage payment and billings.
∎ Dealing with C& F agent.
∎ To deal with commercial documents in bank.
∎ To assist the Team Leader to run the purchase and procurement Project Team, including personnel, planning, approvals, policies, procedures, compliance, and reporting.
∎ To coordinate and maintain effective communication with all departments for delivering incoming goods.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experiences in pharmaceutical supply chain is a must.

Salary: Negotiable
