Job Context:
∎ Lead and ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and monitoring and managing operational goals so as to keep and support to production and procurement of raw materials as per company policy with required & safety stocks.
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
∎ Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision by developing warehouse operations systems & determining product handling and storage requirements, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
∎ Oversee, train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
∎ Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
∎ Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, inventory control and action plans that meet company standards for productivity and quality.
∎ Supervise and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
∎ Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess and place RM requirements as per company policy considering safety stocks & arrival timeline so as to support to production and procurement timely arrival of Raw Materials Stocks.
∎ Ensure timely issuance of stocks as per approved requisition.
∎ Maintaining & follow up on the Stock Register of all Imported Oriented Items.
∎ Maintaining a stock register of all Imported Machinery Spare Parts & Equipment's.
∎ Need to check and enter to the register following:
∎ Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips; Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
∎ Maintained FIFO & LIFO in the store to ensure inventory accuracy.
∎ Keep updated Realtime recording in ERP software for every receipt and issue.
∎ Maintain LC wise database for import consignment/Mechanical items.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement
∎ Maintain different store location wise inventory and prepared inventory reports.
∎ Regular check and update stock ledger & Prepare Gate Pass
∎ Making periodic reports about the stock status and send to related departments.
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition.
∎ Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment.
∎ Conduct daily analyses & Check to forecast potential inventory issues.
∎ Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for delivery.
∎ Making spare parts/mechanical items using reports monthly basis and preparing standard Vs actual uses reports of spare parts for operation wing wise.
∎ To handle the Annual Inventory with The External & Internal Auditor.
∎ Any other Store & inventory related task that management requires.
